Due to the nature of these products, I do not offer returns.  However, I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if there is an issue with your order.

We package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged please reach out to  To process a damage claim we must receive photos of the damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in and your order number so we can quickly work to replace it.

Free shipping options will be shipped via the least expensive carrier option. If you need expedited shipping please choose priority/3day/express. Lead times are separate from shipping time.


Candle Return Policy

Unused candles may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping costs, including exchanges.  We realize choosing a scent online can be tricky, we suggest purchasing our sample tealights.  **We are unable to accept returns on partially burned candles or wax melts.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
